Major development sites have to comply with a Construction Method Statement (CMS) similar to the PDF attached which covers the construction hours, control of noise and dust etc.

If residents believe that the CMS is not being complied with - and the issue can not be dealt with by contacting the site manager in the first instance - incidents can be reported to the City Council using the weblink below.

When completing the enforcement form, you will need to provide details of the alleged breach - eg. repeatedly starting on site before 08.00.

Include a list of dates and times. The more people that report the concerns, the more likely it is that action can be taken. If the complaint relates to mud on the road or dangerous manoeuvres by construction vehicles, please include a photograph.
