Woodplumpton Parish Council carried out a consultation with the residents of Catforth and parents of children at the village school to determine what measures they would like to see in a revised traffic calming scheme for the village of Catforth.

The Parish Council working group then developed a proposed traffic calming scheme using the output from the consultation. The proposed scheme is set out in a Project Requirements Document, which will now be issued to the Highways Authority to develop a revised scheme.
